This automatic flat surface label applicator head is a modular, high-performance labeling solution designed for seamless integration with existing assembly lines, conveyor systems, and packaging machines. Built for industrial-grade use, it applies self-adhesive pressure-sensitive labels with exceptional precision on flat, top, and slightly curved surfaces of boxes, pouches, bags, cartons, and other rigid or semi-rigid products.
Featuring a PLC-controlled drive system and high-torque stepper motor, this labeling head ensures consistent label placement accuracy of ±1mm, even at high line speeds up to 60-120 labels per minute. The adjustable multi-axis mechanical arm and compact footprint allow flexible installation, making it ideal for both new production lines and retrofitting into legacy packaging equipment.
