This 2-head automatic hang tag paging flat labeling machine integrates friction roller paging feeding, conveyor transmission and two independent labeling stations into one integrated unit. It upgrades single-head labeling low-efficiency defects for mass flat thin workpiece production. Two labeling heads support separate X/Y axis fine adjustment, enabling two labels pasted in one feeding pass, cutting labor input and lifting production throughput. It is tailor-made for clothing hang tags, paper cards, envelopes, thin plastic film bags, slim cartons and other flat lightweight products.
The machine frame adopts industrial aluminum alloy, control cabinet uses SUS304 stainless steel, rust-proof and easy to wipe clean, meeting hygiene standards of garment, printing, food and cosmetic manufacturing workshops. Equipped with high-precision photoelectric tracking sensor, it automatically detects missing materials to avoid empty labeling and label waste. The equipment can work standalone or connect with printing, folding, packaging assembly lines to realize full-automatic inline production. Conveyor width, labeling spacing and running speed can all be customized according to customer workpiece dimension demands.
