GLB-500 Automatic round bottle labeling machine/ Erlenmeyer flask labeler / round can labeling machine

This device is designed for round (cone) bottle labeling and is suitable for a variety of round (cone) bottle labeling. After the equipment is operated, the appropriate amount of resin glue is firstly adhered by the labeling rod, and then the label is conveyed to the labeling rod by the label box, rotated and vacuum-adsorbed to the vacuum belt, and the label is completely attached to the bottle.

1.The mixing tank is matched with the stainless steel roller for precise processing, and the glue is used as needed, and no glue is leaked;

2.The special rubber roller is processed through several processes without deformation and wear resistance. The glue is even and thin, and the amount of glue is saved;

3.Use a vacuum squeegee, with a belt, to affix the label to the bottle;

4.Photoelectric detection of the bottle, no bottle is not issued;

5.With the frequency converter, the motor running speed can be adjusted freely, and the labeling capacity can be freely controlled.

6.With manual adjustment device for easy adjustment operation;Replace a small number of parts such as sticks and vacuum belts to quickly adjust and meet bottles of various specifications. And can artificially eliminate artificial adjustment factors;

8.The machining process of the whole machine is precise and delicate, and the basic components are standard accessories, which is convenient for maintenance and repair;

9.The whole machine is basically imported, ensuring quality, making it more stable, longer in use and lower in maintenance rate.
