GLB-500 Automatic round bottle labeling machine/ Erlenmeyer flask labeler / round can labeling machine

This machine is specially designed for labeling round and conical bottles, suitable for a wide range of round and conical container applications.
During operation, the labeling rod first picks up an appropriate amount of resin glue. The label magazine then feeds the label to the labeling rod. The label is transferred by rotation and vacuum adsorption onto the vacuum belt, and finally fully bonded onto the bottle surface accurately and smoothly.

The mixing tank is equipped with stainless steel rollers for high-precision processing. Glue is supplied on demand with zero leakage.
The dedicated glue roller is manufactured via multiple sophisticated processes, featuring anti-deformation and wear-resistant performance. It delivers an even and thin glue coating and effectively reduces glue consumption.
Adopts vacuum squeegee combined with belt transmission to firmly attach labels to bottle surfaces.
Equipped with photoelectric bottle detection function; no bottle, no labeling.
Built-in frequency converter allows free adjustment of motor speed, enabling flexible control of labeling output capacity.
Comes with a manual fine-tuning device for simple and convenient operation. Only replacing a few wearing parts such as suction sticks and vacuum belts can quickly adapt to bottles of various specifications, eliminating errors caused by manual adjustment.
The whole machine adopts precise and exquisite machining technology. Core components adopt standard universal accessories, facilitating daily maintenance and parts replacement.
Key core parts adopt imported configurations to guarantee stable machine performance, longer service life and lower maintenance failure rate.
