This fully automatic double side labeling machine adopts full 304 stainless steel cabinet, anti-rust and easy to clean, meets GMP clean workshop standards for food, pharmaceutical and daily chemical industries.
Equipped with independent PLC touch screen control system, operators can set labeling speed, position, counting quantity directly on screen, multi-language interface for global workers.
Dual labeling heads design realizes synchronous front and back labeling, also supports single-side labeling mode switching to match diversified production demands.
Integrated blue modular conveyor belt with positioning fixture, stable conveying for square, flat, rectangular plastic and glass bottles such as shampoo, laundry detergent, cosmetic lotion containers.
Imported label detection sensor ensures labeling accuracy ±1mm, labels attach tightly without bubbles, wrinkles or offset, greatly reduce label waste rate.
Whole machine with movable casters and foot brakes, convenient position adjustment and line docking, reserved installation interface for coding machine, inkjet printer and automatic feeding equipment.
