Automatic Vacuum Paging Top Surface Labeling Machine for Pouches & Cartons

This integrated automatic paging top labeling machine combines auto sheet separating and top-side labeling in one equipment.
It is equipped with vacuum blower and suction conveyor. The system automatically splits piled plastic bags, cartons and paper cards without hand feeding.
The servo-driven labeling head ensures neat sticker application on flat product tops with stable precision.
All machine frames are built from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
Controlled by PLC and color touch HMI, it can store up to 99 groups of product formulas for fast format switching.
Users can run the machine independently or link it with other packaging equipment for fully automatic assembly lines.
