This automatic tapered round bottle labeling machine is specially developed for conical / inclined tapered round containers. Ordinary round bottle labelers are prone to label sliding and distortion on taper-shaped products. This equipment adopts adaptive rotary positioning structure to ensure labels attach smoothly without wrinkle, offset or slipping. It fits cosmetic tapered bottles, plastic conical jars, food taper cans, daily chemical containers and other tapered round packaging. Multiple labeling stations can be configured to realize single side, double side or wrap-around labeling in one pass.The machine cabinet adopts SUS304 stainless steel, frame uses industrial aluminum alloy, rust-proof and easy to clean, meeting hygiene standards of cosmetic, food and chemical workshops. Equipped with high-precision photoelectric tracking sensor, it automatically detects missing products to avoid label waste. The machine can work standalone or connect with filling, capping and packaging production lines to realize full-automatic inline operation. Rotation angle, labeling speed and pressure can be adjusted flexibly according to different taper degree of containers.
