Product Overview
This vertical servo positioning double-side labeling machine is developed for mass continuous production of cylindrical containers, supporting simultaneous front and back sticker labeling with fixed circumferential positioning function. The whole frame adopts food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, matching hygiene standards of food, medicine and daily chemical industries.
Equipped with independent servo label drawing system and PLC touch screen intelligent control, it can store up to 50 groups of product parameter formulas, quickly switch bottle specifications without repeated debugging. High-precision fiber optic sensor realizes empty bottle skip labeling, automatic fault alarm and stop protection. Adjustable guide conveyor and bottle separating mechanism adapt multiple diameter round bottles, front-back label distance can be freely set according to packaging design demands.
The machine can run independently or connect with filling, capping, coding equipment to form full automatic packaging assembly line. Mobile casters with brake lock design facilitate workshop layout adjustment, optional thermal coding printer for synchronous date printing during labeling.
