Product Overview
This tabletop semi-automatic wire flag folding labeling machine complies with national standard GB/T 36519-2018 for self-adhesive labeling machines, specially designed for fold-over flag label pasting on various wires, cables and tubular workpieces. It adopts servo motor label peeling system + high precision electric eye positioning, completely replaces manual folding labeling to eliminate uneven folding, label offset, bubble and wrinkle defects, greatly improve production consistency and hourly output.
Different from cabinet integrated large fold labelers, this machine adopts compact desktop aluminum alloy frame with anti-slip foot pads, ultra-small floor space, can be directly placed on production workbench, suitable for small batch sampling, electronic assembly workshop and auxiliary production line labeling. The vertical adjustable positioning cylinder can flexibly adapt wires of different diameters, left-right fine-tuning sliding mechanism adjusts label folding position without complicated mold replacement.
Whole machine unwinding mechanism supports max Φ240mm flag label roll (standard 3-inch inner core Φ76mm), built-in tension correction structure to stably convey paper, PVC, synthetic synthetic flag labels without deviation during peeling. Servo drive ensures stable label feeding speed, label folding pressure can be adjusted manually to avoid wire scratch or label warping.
Independent safety emergency stop button and overload power-off protection circuit conform to international industrial electrical safety standards; the operation panel reserves touch screen installation interface, multi-language parameter setting can be matched according to customer regional demands.
