Automatic Online Real-Time Printing Sticker Labeller for Carton, Box, Bottle Multi-Surface Labeling
This all-in-one multi-station top & side print-and-apply labeling machine combines industrial thermal transfer printing with multi-angle automatic labeling. It is engineered for fully automated packaging lines that need simultaneous variable-data labeling on product tops and sides.
Unlike single-station labelers, its multi-station design completes flat top and lateral side labeling in one production run, either synchronously or asynchronously. This cuts line footprint and removes the cost of two separate labeling devices.
Fitted with an imported industrial print engine and PLC intelligent control system, it prints real-time variable data on the fly, including batch codes, production dates, serial numbers, QR codes, barcodes, logistics tracking codes, anti-counterfeit marks and custom text. A high-precision built-in photoelectric sensor activates printing and labeling the moment goods pass by. Pre-printed labels are no longer necessary, drastically lowering label stock expenses.

Label head 360° adjustable angle, vertical lifting stroke 1000mm, front-back adjustment 500mm; adapt cartons, bottles, boxes of different heights and widths, fast product model switching without complicated parameter reset.

7-inch human-machine touch panel, store 99 groups of product labeling parameters, one-key recall; real-time production counting, speed adjustment, fault self-diagnosis display, low operation threshold for workers.
