This semi-automatic round bottle labeling machine is a desktop small labeling equipment specially designed for small factories and batch production. It adopts touch screen intelligent control system, easy parameter setting, stable label peeling and high labeling accuracy.
The whole machine frame is made of aluminum alloy with anti-rust stainless steel transmission rollers, equipped with adjustable pressing roller group, which can adapt to different diameters of round products, including glass bottles, plastic bottles, cosmetic jars, medicine cans, food metal cans, beverage bottles and other cylindrical containers.
Different from fully automatic assembly line labelers, this desktop semi-automatic round bottle labeler occupies small space, low investment cost, simple operation, no complicated installation training. One worker can complete feeding and labeling operation independently, effectively replacing manual hand labeling, greatly improving production efficiency and labeling uniformity.
We support customized labeling width, bottle diameter range and sensor configuration according to customers’ product size. All machines provide free sample testing service, customers can send their bottles and labels to verify labeling effect before placing orders.
