This vertical flag folding labeling machine is specially developed for flexible cylindrical products such as cosmetic soft tubes, lotion hoses, plastic tubes, silicone tubes and wires. The vertical stand structure occupies small space and can be connected to filling, capping and filling production lines seamlessly.
The whole machine adopts stainless steel labeling mechanism and thickened painted cabinet, dust-proof and easy to clean, meets cosmetic, daily chemical, medical hygiene standards. Equipped with 7-inch multi-language touch screen and servo labeling head, it can automatically complete flag folding and labeling in one step without manual auxiliary operation.
Built-in high-precision photoelectric sensor, it automatically identifies tube position to avoid deviation, wrinkles and bubbles. The adjustable positioning fixture supports tube diameter from 3mm to 50mm, applicable for various flexible tube sizes. Universal brake casters at bottom allow free movement between production stations. All circuits adopt overload protection with emergency stop button, fully comply with CE industrial safety standards.
