Our AT-800 fully automatic adhesive tape cutting machine is a digital intelligent tape dispenser independently developed for mass production workshops. It solves the low efficiency, uneven cutting length and waste of manual tape cutting in electronic assembly, wire harness processing, new energy battery packaging and household appliance production lines.
Equipped with PLC digital control panel, users can set cutting length, cutting speed and cycle quantity with one key. The machine automatically feeds and cuts tape continuously without manual auxiliary pulling, supporting uninterrupted 24-hour industrial operation. It is compatible with almost all roll adhesives including double-sided tape, high-temperature masking tape, acetate cloth tape, fiberglass tape, electrical insulation tape, foam tape and protective film.
Built-in high-hardness alloy cutter, long service life and stable cutting tolerance within ±1mm. Adjustable tape width and thickness range to meet multi-spec production requirements.
