This Multi-Station Top & Side Print-and-Apply Labeling Machine is a fully automatic integrated labeling solution designed for simultaneous top and side labeling with online printing function. Built with SUS304 stainless steel, it is widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, daily chemicals, and beverages for labeling round bottles, jars, cans, and other cylindrical containers.
Equipped with advanced PLC control system and HMI touch screen, the machine ensures easy operation, high stability, and quick parameter adjustment. It supports real-time printing of variable data (batch numbers, expiry dates, barcodes, QR codes) and precise application of labels on both the top surface and side of products in one pass, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
The labeling head adopts high-precision servo motor drive, ensuring labeling accuracy of ±1mm. The conveyor system is adjustable to accommodate different product sizes, and the labeling position can be fine-tuned to meet various production requirements.
