This pneumatic labeling head is a standalone modular air‑driven labeling unit, designed for new assembly lines or retrofitting existing conveyor systems. Unlike purely electric labeling modules, it adopts pneumatic buffer actuation to deliver steady, buffered labeling force, lowering risk of label wrinkling, bubble and product surface scratching during continuous high‑speed operation.
It supports top labeling, side labeling and angled labeling by adjusting mounting bracket, stroke and angle. Compatible with cartons, plastic boxes, round bottles and rigid packages across food, pharmaceutical, logistics and electronics sectors.
Compact‑size aluminum alloy body allows flexible installation on customer‑owned conveyors or print‑and‑apply stations.
