This fully automatic round bottle double label positioning labeling machine is specially developed for cylindrical containers to realize front and back double-sided fixed-position labeling.
Equipped with positioning detection mechanism, it ensures consistent label position on each round bottle. Adopts PLC control system and color touch screen, all operation parameters can be saved and quickly adjusted.
The conveyor width, bottle clamping mechanism and labeling station can be adjusted freely to adapt to different diameters of round bottles, glass jars, plastic cans. The whole machine frame uses SUS304 stainless steel, stable operation, easy to clean, meets food and cosmetic hygiene standards.
It can run independently or connect with filling, capping and coding machines to form a complete automatic packaging production line. Widely used in beverages, edible oil, cosmetics, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals and seasoning industries.
