This semi-automatic flag folding labeling machine is engineered for half-fold flag labeling on elastic ropes, elastic bands and flexible soft wires. It uses a pneumatic foot pedal control: operators simply place elastic cords or cables onto the adjustable jig and tap the foot switch to complete automatic folding and labeling in one cycle, cutting labor costs while maintaining consistent labeling quality for small and medium batch workshops.
Unlike inline fully automatic labelers, this desktop unit has a compact footprint for easy relocation and flexible batch production. Its exclusive flexible clamping and folding structure holds stretch elastic materials firmly without slipping, shifting or surface damage, and delivers wrinkle, bubble-free flag labels for data cables, charging wires and earphone cords. Labeling precision reaches ±0.3mm to eliminate misalignment and uneven folds.
Constructed with thick anodized aluminum frames and SUS304 stainless steel contact components, the machine is wear-resistant, rustproof and long-lasting. The labeling stroke, label reel holder and positioning jig are fully adjustable to fit elastic ropes and soft wires of varying diameters. A built-in tension buffer system stops label tearing during prolonged continuous operation.
It fits production lines for consumer electronics, garment trims, toy packaging and general hardware. Custom jigs are available for extra thick or thin elastic ropes and special wires.
