Semi‑Automatic Folding Labeling Machine | Fold‑Over Label Applicator for Cables, Wires & Tubing

This bench‑top semi‑automatic folding labeling machine is specially developed for fold‑over labeling of cylindrical flexible products such as various cables, wire harnesses, data lines and hoses. Operators place products manually, the machine completes label feeding, positioning and automatic folding wrapping, replacing slow and inconsistent manual folding work.
Adopts photoelectric sensing to detect label position accurately. After positioning, the label is folded and wrapped on two sides of wire or tubing, neat and wrinkle‑free. Foot‑pedal trigger design frees hands for higher operation comfort. All main adjusting parts can be fine‑tuned to fit different wire diameters and label sizes. Compact desktop structure occupies little workshop space.
The machine is widely applied in wire harness factories, cable processing, electronics accessory manufacturing. It can handle self‑adhesive sticker labels for power cords, USB cables, signal wires and plastic tubes. We support adjustment according to your actual samples. Customers are welcome to send products for pre‑order sample testing.
