4-Station Rotary Vacuum Adsorption Labeling Machine | Round Cap Top Surface Label Applicator

This 4-station rotary vacuum adsorption labeling machine is specially developed for top-surface labeling of lightweight round caps and tiny cylindrical workpieces.

Different from mechanical clamping positioning, it adopts vacuum adsorption rotary disc design to fix products firmly without scratches or deformation on delicate lids. The machine realizes cyclic automatic feeding, positioning, labeling and discharging.

Equipped with servo label dispensing system and PLC touch screen control, it delivers stable high-precision labeling. It can work independently or connect with upstream and downstream equipment, widely used in cosmetic packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, food lids and electronic accessories industries.
