Pneumatic Labeling Head | Online Conveyor Line Label Applicator

This pneumatic labeling head is an independent modular labeling unit, specially developed for online labeling integration. It can be installed on existing conveyor belts, flow wrapping machines, filling machines and other automated production lines to realize automatic continuous labeling.
Equipped with touch screen control and pneumatic driving mechanism, the labeling height and horizontal position can be freely adjusted through vertical support posts. Photoelectric sensor achieves “no product, no labeling” to reduce label waste.

Suitable for top labeling of cartons, plastic boxes, pouches, flat packaging products. Compact structure, flexible installation, no need to change your original production layout.
We can customize labeling stroke, label width, stand height according to your on-site production condition. All labeling heads are fully tested before delivery.
