2-Head Automatic Paging Flat Labeling Machine, Double Station Hang Tag & Plastic Bag Label Applicator

This 2-head automatic paging flat labeling machine integrates friction roller paging feeding, vacuum adsorption conveyor and two independent labeling stations as an integrated unit. It solves low production efficiency of single-head labeling equipment for mass flat thin workpieces. Two labeling heads support independent X/Y axis fine adjustment, enabling two labels attached in one feeding cycle to reduce labor cost. It is widely applied to clothing hang tags, paper cards, envelopes, thin plastic bags, slim cartons and other flat sheet products.

The machine cabinet adopts SUS304 stainless steel, frame uses industrial aluminum alloy, anti-rust and easy to clean, meeting hygiene standards of garment, printing, food and cosmetic manufacturing workshops. Equipped with high-precision photoelectric tracking sensor, it automatically detects missing materials to avoid empty labeling waste. The equipment can run standalone or connect with printing, folding and packaging production lines for full-automatic inline operation. Conveyor width, labeling spacing and running speed can be customized according to customer workpiece dimensions.
