This automatic positioning flat labeling machine is specially designed for flat top surface labeling of square, rectangular flat products, including electronic housings, plastic boxes, cosmetic cases, food cartons, hardware accessories. Equipped with independent positioning fixture and PLC touch screen control system, it solves offset, skew labeling problems of ordinary flat labelers, greatly improving labeling consistency for mass production lines.

The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel cabinet and aluminum alloy frame, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, suitable for food, pharmaceutical, electronics, daily chemical, hardware manufacturing workshops. The adjustable conveyor belt and double label roll stand support large-volume label rolls, compatible with self-adhesive sticker labels, transparent labels, barcode labels, QR code labels. It can work standalone or connect with filling, capping, packaging production lines for fully automated inline operation.
