Product Overview
This full-automatic flat top labeling machine adopts all SUS304 stainless steel conveyor and labeling mechanism, specially designed for flat workpieces including cartons, plastic pouches, paper cards, cosmetic lids, plastic boxes and flat bags.
Equipped with PLC + 7-inch multi-language touch screen control system, one-key parameter setting, fault self-diagnosis and data memory function. Servo labeling head delivers stable, bubble-free flat labeling with high precision. Adjustable conveyor width and positioning baffle support different flat product sizes.
The whole machine complies with food, cosmetic and medical hygiene standards, can directly connect filling, capping, inkjet coding and heat shrink packaging lines to realize unmanned continuous production. Emergency stop button and circuit overload protection meet CE industrial safety standards. Brake casters and height-adjustable foot pads facilitate flexible workshop layout adjustment.
