This fully automatic film cutting & laminating machine integrates film attaching and automatic cutting function, specially developed for flat surface film covering processing.
Equipped with PLC control system and human-machine touch screen, all operation parameters can be quickly set and stored. The conveyor and laminating head are adjustable to adapt to various flat workpieces.
The machine frame adopts aluminum alloy profile and SUS304 stainless steel. We independently complete sheet metal processing, so we can flexibly customize conveyor length, positioning fixtures and functional modules according to production demands.
The equipment can run independently or connect with filling, sealing and packaging machines to form an automated assembly line. Widely used in electronics, cosmetics, hardware, food packaging, daily chemical industries for flat boxes, plastic lids, trays and panel products.
