Fully Automatic Double Heads Paging Labeling Machine | Dual Station Flat Label Applicator

This fully automatic double heads paging labeling machine integrates vacuum paging structure and dual labeling stations. Stacked flat materials such as plastic bags, zipper pouches, paper cards and cartons can be separated one by one automatically, and finish two labels attaching at the same time in a single conveying process.
Equipped with anti-double feeding vacuum separation device to avoid overlapping feeding. Two independent labeling heads can stick different labels or double identical labels freely. Adopts PLC control system and color touch screen, all speed, position parameters can be stored and adjusted quickly.
The whole machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy frame, stable for long continuous production. Conveyor speed, paging tension and labeling position are fully adjustable.
It can work independently or connect with other packaging equipment to form automated production lines. Widely used in food, cosmetics, electronics, printing, logistics industries for flat packaging materials labeling.
