This wide conveyor dual head automatic paging labeling machine integrates vacuum paging feeding and double labeling stations. It can apply two different labels simultaneously on flat sheet products in one single pass, greatly improving production efficiency.
Equipped with widened conveyor belt, it fits wider paper cards, garment hang tags, ziplock pouches, foil bags and cartons. Adopts PLC touch screen control and high-precision photoelectric sensor. “No product, no labeling” function avoids label waste.
The whole frame is constructed with SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, stable continuous operation. Widely used in printing, food, cosmetic, electronic packaging industries. Optional coding machine, reject system and customized conveyor length are available.
