This tabletop automatic flat labeling machine is compact desktop equipment designed for small-batch production and limited-space workshops. It adopts SUS304 stainless steel long conveyor, overhead servo labeling head to finish top flat labeling for small flat workpieces.
Equipped with PLC + multi-language touch screen control, all speed, label position, delay parameters can be set and stored with one click. High-precision photoelectric sensor detects products automatically, stable servo output ensures wrinkle-free, bubble-free labeling. Adjustable side baffles and front positioning fixtures support multiple sizes of flat items.
Compact table-top structure saves workshop space, easy to move and place on workbench. Complete with emergency stop button and circuit overload protection, fully meets CE safety standards. Widely matched with small filling, capping and coding equipment for mini automated packaging lines.
