This automatic flat paging labeling machine integrates friction roller paging feeding, aluminum alloy conveyor and single-head labeling station as an all-in-one packaging device. It solves manual sorting, single-piece slow labeling problems for flat thin products in mass production lines. The built-in friction separator automatically separates stacked paper tags, plastic sheets and thin cartons, avoiding overlapping feeding. It is widely suitable for clothing hang tags, greeting cards, envelopes, plastic packaging bags, small flat cosmetic boxes and electronic plastic shells.
The machine cabinet adopts SUS304 stainless steel, frame uses industrial aluminum alloy, anti-corrosion and easy to clean, meets sanitation standards of garment, printing, food and cosmetic factories. Equipped with high-precision photoelectric tracking sensor, it detects missing workpieces to stop labeling automatically and cut label waste. The equipment can run independently or dock with printing, folding, filling production lines for full-automatic inline packaging. Conveyor length, labeling height and running speed all support personalized adjustment based on customer product sizes.
