This adjustable bracket labeling head is an independent split labeling unit, specially designed to be installed on existing production lines, conveyor belts, filling machines and packaging assembly lines to realize automatic online labeling.
Equipped with multi-direction adjustable aluminum alloy stand, the labeling head can freely adjust height, horizontal position and labeling angle to fit flat boxes, round bottles, cartons, plastic bags and other products. Separate control cabinet with touch screen operation, simple parameter setting, stable label peeling and accurate labeling position.
Different from integrated labeling machines, this stand-alone labeling head saves workshop cost. Customers can match their own conveying equipment, only need to install this labeling unit to complete automatic sticker pasting, widely used in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and hardware packaging industries.
We provide customized labeling width, labeling stroke and stand height according to customer’s product size. All machines support free sample testing before order to guarantee labeling effect.
