Product Overview
This high stand automatic flat top labeling machine complies with national standard GB/T 36519-2018 for self-adhesive labeling machines, specially designed for continuous inline flat surface labeling on automated packaging production lines. The whole machine frame and conveyor are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the hygiene requirements of food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, anti-rust, easy to clean and long service life.
Compared with low tabletop flat labelers, this model adopts elevated stand design with independent cabinet for electrical parts, convenient for matching filling, capping, sealing and other front-end packaging equipment to form a complete automatic production line. The lengthened flat conveyor belt runs stably with adjustable conveying speed, can continuously transport boxes, trays, flat bags and other flat workpieces without slipping.
It is equipped with servo drive labeling head and high-precision photoelectric sensor, automatically identifying label gaps and workpiece positions to achieve stable high-speed labeling, effectively eliminate bubbles, wrinkles and offset labeling defects. The 7-inch multi-language touch screen control cabinet is independently installed on a lifting stand, the operator can adjust the height of the operation panel according to working habits, parameter storage and fault self-diagnosis functions reduce operation difficulty.
The large-capacity label unwinding reel supports maximum Φ320mm label roll (standard 3-inch inner core Φ76mm), built-in tension correction mechanism to stably convey paper, PVC, PET, transparent and aluminum foil self-adhesive labels. Independent emergency stop button and overload power-off protection circuit fully comply with international CE industrial safety standards.
