This automatic top and bottom labeling machine is a dual-station integrated labeling equipment specially developed for flat products that need simultaneous labeling on upper and lower surfaces. Equipped with an upper labeling head and a bottom labeling head, the machine can complete double-sided labeling in one conveying pass, which doubles production efficiency compared with single-sided labeling equipment and effectively saves labor costs for packaging factories.
The whole machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel cabinet and industrial aluminum alloy frame, equipped with PLC intelligent control system and 7-inch color touch screen. The labeling parameters can be quickly stored and switched for different products, which greatly reduces the time of model changeover. It can be used alone or docked with filling, capping, cartoning and other equipment to form a fully automatic packaging production line.
Dual-head synchronous top & bottom labeling design
Upper and lower labeling stations work at the same time, finish two labels in one feeding process, effectively improve production throughput.
