Product Overview
This servo suction paging flat labeling machine integrates automatic sheet separation, conveying and top labeling functions, specially designed for batch labeling of thin flexible flat products such as plastic pouches, paper cards and packaging tags. Equipped with independent friction suction separator, it effectively solves the sticking problem of thin plastic bags and realizes single-piece automatic feeding without manual intervention.
The whole machine adopts food-grade SUS304 stainless steel frame, matched with PLC intelligent control system and multi-language touch screen, which can store more than 60 groups of product parameters to realize one-click switching of different specifications. High-precision fiber photoelectric sensor can identify missing sheets and trigger automatic pause alarm to avoid empty labeling waste. Adjustable conveyor width, separator gap and labeling head height adapt to various flat product sizes.
The equipment can operate independently or dock with coding, counting and collecting machines to form a complete flat packaging assembly line. Brake casters are equipped for flexible workshop layout adjustment, and optional anti-static ion fan is available for ultra-thin plastic bags.
