This automatic flat surface labeling machine is designed for top-surface self-adhesive labeling of flat-shaped products.
Equipped with stable conveyor feeding system and precision label peeling mechanism, it achieves continuous automatic labeling for cartons, flat pouches, plastic lids, plastic boxes, hardware panels and other flat workpieces.
Adopting PLC + color touch screen control, operators can quickly adjust labeling speed, labeling position and save product recipes for fast switching between different specifications. The main body uses stainless steel, clean, corrosion-resistant and compliant with food, cosmetic hygiene standards.
The machine can work independently or be connected to front & back packaging production lines. It supports optional thermal date printer or inkjet coder to complete labeling and batch/expiry date printing in one pass. Built-in label missing detection avoids empty labeling and improves production yield.
