This fully automatic film cutting & flat labeling all-in-one machine integrates conveying, film laminating, fixed-length cutting and surface labeling functions, solving inefficient manual film covering, uneven cutting length, inconsistent labeling and high labor cost in packaging, electronic hardware, plastic injection, daily chemical carton industries.
Equipped with industrial PLC touch control system, operators can set film covering length, cutting speed, film tension and labeling position on the screen directly; the system supports storing multiple groups of production parameters for quick switching of different workpieces. The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel frame, anti-rust and easy to clean, suitable for food, electronics, hardware workshop dust-free production environment.
Modular conveyor design with dual-speed adjustable mesh belt, stable conveying without workpiece slipping. Built-in precise film cutting assembly, automatic fixed-length cutting without manual intervention; dual servo motors control film feeding and cutting to ensure cutting tolerance within ±0.5mm, no film stretching or burr. Pneumatic pressing auxiliary mechanism ensures tight film attachment without bubbles, effectively protecting product surface from scratch, dust and fingerprint during storage and transportation.
We support customized working width, conveyor length, voltage and special fixture for irregular products. All machines pass CE & RoHS certification, provide 110V/220V dual voltage option, 1-year full machine warranty and lifelong spare parts supply, suitable for small batch trial production and large automated assembly line matching.
