This automatic multi-station top & side labeling machine is an integrated labeling solution combining sticker labeling and online real-time printing function. The machine can finish top flat surface labeling and cylindrical side labeling synchronously in one production pass. It supports online printing of variable QR codes, barcodes, batch numbers, production dates and anti-counterfeit information directly on labels before application, saving extra independent coding equipment.
Made of SUS304 stainless steel, the machine adopts PLC and color touch screen control system. Parameters can be stored as product recipes for quick recall. Conveyor guiding mechanism ensures stable bottle conveying, suitable for round glass jars, plastic bottles, metal cans widely used in food, cosmetics, pharmacy and daily chemical industries.
