This semi-automatic flat surface labeling machine is engineered for precise self-adhesive label application on the top or side flat surfaces of various products including packaging boxes, shampoo flat bottles, plastic caps, SD cards, and hardware items. It adopts a PLC programmable controller with a subdivided stepper motor for consistent label feeding, and is equipped with a fiber-optic sensor and label-web deviation correction mechanism to minimize misalignment.
The machine supports both automatic sensor detection and foot-pedal (manual) trigger modes, allowing flexible operation according to workshop workflow. Its compact stainless steel & anodized aluminum frame meets GMP hygiene standards and ensures long-term durability. Label height and product positioning are tool-free adjustable via precision guide rails.
Optional add-ons include a ribbon hot coder / inkjet printer for batch number & expiry date printing, special transparent label sensor, automatic loading/unloading turntable, and custom fixtures for concave or slightly curved surfaces.
