This dual‑head paging labeling machine integrates automatic paging separation function and two independent labeling heads, designed for flat‑surface labeling of bags, cards, pouches and sheet‑type products.
Different from single‑head paging labelers, this machine can stick two different labels onto one product in a single feeding cycle, greatly improving production efficiency. The paging mechanism reliably separates stacked plastic bags, kraft paper bags, PE pouches, cards and paper sheets to avoid double‑feeding.
The whole machine adopts stainless‑steel frame and anti‑skid vacuum conveyor belt, stable for long‑time continuous running. Human‑machine touch screen control panel makes parameter adjustment easy, users can set labeling speed, label position and paging parameters directly on screen. Each labeling head supports independent position fine‑tuning to adjust label location.
