This automatic fixed point round bottle labeling machine is customized for cylindrical containers requiring fixed-angle label positioning. It adopts three-point bottle clamping + photoelectric orientation system, locking the bottle’s designated orientation to ensure labels stay at unified fixed position for every product.
Equipped with independent servo labeling motor and synchronous rotating mechanism, supports full wrap, half wrap, front & back double labeling in one pass. Whole frame SUS304 stainless steel, match PLC 7-inch touch control, store 50 groups parameter formulas, quick size switching without professional operation.
It can run standalone or connect filling, capping, coding production line, widely fit cosmetic, wine, beverage, medicine, edible oil round bottles and jars. Optional online printer, CCD label inspection, missing label alarm to meet high-standard packaging demands.
