Fully Automatic Flat Top Surface Labeling Machine | Plane Label Applicator

This fully automatic flat surface labeling machine is specially designed for top-side labeling on flat objects.
It can apply self-adhesive labels on cartons, plastic boxes, food trays, stand-up pouches, paper cards, cosmetic packaging and other flat products.

The machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel cabinet and conveyor frame, equipped with PLC + touch screen control system. The conveyor width, labeling height and label position can be adjusted quickly to switch different products.
Photoelectric sensor enables “no product, no labeling” to avoid label waste. The sponge pressing roller ensures labels fit tightly without bubbles or wrinkles. It can work standalone or be integrated into your existing assembly line.
Widely used in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, electronics and logistics industries. Customization is available according to your product size, label specification and production speed requirements. All machines undergo strict running tests before shipment.
