This full automatic double side labeling machine is professional automatic labeling equipment designed for all kinds of containers to finish front and back two-sided labeling at one time. It widely matches cosmetic bottles, beverage plastic bottles, square chemical cans, flat daily chemical containers and pharmaceutical bottles.
Equipped with dual independent labeling heads and imported photoelectric sensors, the machine can automatically detect bottles and complete positioning, labeling and smoothing without manual operation. Servo drive system ensures stable labeling speed and high positioning accuracy, effectively avoiding label offset, bubble and wrinkle problems.
The whole frame adopts 304 stainless steel, clean and corrosion resistant, fully meet GMP standard for food and medical workshop. Touch screen control panel supports multi-language switching, parameters like labeling speed, label position can be adjusted quickly to fit different bottle sizes and sticker materials including PET, PVC, coated paper and synthetic paper.
This double side labeler can work alone or connect with filling, capping, shrink wrapping machines to form full automatic packaging production line. With stable running performance, low failure rate and long service life, it has been widely sold to Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East and South America, well recognized by factory packaging manufacturers.
