This 3-head automatic hang tag paging flat labeling machine integrates friction paging feeding, conveyor conveying and triple independent labeling stations as one complete unit. It solves the low-output bottleneck of single-head labeling machines for mass flat sheet production. Each labeling head supports independent X/Y axis fine adjustment, realizing synchronous multi-position labeling in one feeding pass, greatly cutting labor cost and improving production efficiency. It is specially customized for clothing hang tags, paper cards, envelopes, thin plastic bags, thin cartons and other flat thin workpieces.
The machine frame adopts industrial aluminum alloy, control cabinet uses SUS304 stainless steel, anti-rust and easy to wipe clean, fully meets sanitation standards of apparel, printing, food and cosmetic workshops. Equipped with high-precision photoelectric tracking sensor, it automatically detects missing materials to avoid empty labeling waste. The equipment can run standalone or connect with printing, folding, packaging production lines for full automatic inline operation. Conveyor width, labeling spacing and running speed all support personalized adjustment based on customer’s workpiece size requirements.
