This full automatic horizontal round bottle labeling machine is specially developed for small cylindrical round containers, widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, stationery, daily chemical and food industries. It perfectly handles ampoules, injection vials, oral liquid bottles, test tubes, pens, lipstick tubes, small plastic & glass round bottles.
Adopting horizontal rolling conveying structure, the machine drives bottles to roll evenly while completing full circumferential or half-circumferential labeling in one continuous pass. Equipped with imported servo motor and high-precision photoelectric sensor, it realizes automatic bottle feeding, detection, labeling and discharging without manual operation. Label position, conveying speed and roll pressure can be adjusted freely via touch screen, effectively avoid label wrinkles, bubbles and offset.
Whole machine frame adopts food-grade 304 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to wipe clean, fully compliant with GMP clean workshop standards. The 7-inch color touch screen supports multi-language switching including English, Spanish, Arabic, easy for foreign operators to set parameters quickly. It can run independently or connect with filling, capping and coding machines to form complete automated packaging production line.
