Product Overview
This automatic round bottle side wrap labeling machine adopts full SUS304 stainless steel body, equipped with stable conveyor and side clamping belt, to complete full-circle side labeling for all cylindrical containers in one pass.
7-inch multi-language touch screen + PLC control system realizes one-key parameter setting, fault self-diagnosis and memory function. High-precision servo labeling head ensures no bubble, wrinkle or offset during labeling. Adjustable clamping belt and positioning block support round bottles, jars, cans, plastic pots of different diameters.
The whole machine meets food, cosmetic and medical hygiene standards, can be directly connected with filling, capping and coding assembly lines for unmanned continuous production. Brake casters and adjustable foot pads make it easy to move and fix on site, emergency stop button and overload protection fully comply with CE safety standards.
