Compact semi-auto carton corner sealing label machine for tamper proof anti-counterfeit stickers, high precision ±0.5mm, electric drive, suitable for small cosmetic medicine gift boxes, low cost for small factories.
This desktop semi automatic tamper seal labeling machine integrates label unwinding, photoelectric detection, folding pressing and label peeling functions in one unit. Different from fully automatic large carton labeling equipment, it features humanized manual feeding design, flexible adjustment to fit different box widths and heights, compatible with transparent PVC anti-theft labels, VOID tamper evident stickers, self-adhesive corner seal labels.
The whole machine frame is made of thick cold-rolled steel with anti-rust paint finish, internal transmission parts use aluminum alloy and wear-resistant rubber rollers, stable long-term operation without deformation. Imported photoelectric eye realizes label missing detection, automatic pause when no labels left, effectively reducing sticker waste and production loss. All adjustment knobs are hand-twist design, no tools needed to change label size or box specifications, switching production products within 2 minutes.
