This cabinet integrated semi-automatic pneumatic flat protective film laminating machine complies with JB/T 10345-2011 industrial laminator standard, dedicated to flat workpiece surface protective film lamination for electronics, hardware, plastic manufacturing factories. It adopts pneumatic sliding positioning platform + PLC touch screen intelligent control, replaces manual film sticking to eliminate bubbles, wrinkles, film offset and scratch defects, greatly improve lamination consistency and daily production output.
Distinguished from small tabletop mini film applicators without storage cabinet, this machine is equipped with integrated thickened steel storage cabinet and PU brake casters, can be freely transferred between assembly line, sampling room and packaging station without fixed installation. Multi-direction sliding worktable supports front-back, left-right fine adjustment, compatible with flat workpieces of various sizes; customized positioning jigs can be manufactured according to customer product outline.
Whole machine frame uses anti-rust industrial aluminum alloy profiles; large-capacity film unwinding reel supports max Φ320mm film roll (standard 3-inch inner core), built-in tension anti-warp correction mechanism, stably conveying PE, PET, PVC, anti-scratch transparent protective film without deviation during unwinding. Pneumatic constant-pressure silicone roller ensures full film adhesion without air bubbles, no warped edges.
7-inch multi-language touch screen stores adjustable parameters of lamination speed, air pressure and film peeling distance; independent emergency stop button and overload power-off safety circuit, conform to global industrial electrical safety standards.
