Semi-Automatic Wire Cable Folding Flag Labeling Machine

This semi-automatic wire folding labeling machine is specially developed for flag folded labeling on wires, cables, charging lines, tubes and small hoses.

Adopts desktop compact structure, saves production space. Operated by foot pedal switch, workers only need to place the wire, the machine automatically finishes label peeling, folding and sticking.

Equipped with photoelectric sensor, stable label feeding system, labeling position adjustable. It can neatly fold self-adhesive labels on both sides of cables to form flag tags, widely used in electronics, wiring harness, data cable, new energy and wire processing industry.
All main frame adopts aluminum alloy structure, stable operation and low failure rate. Label size, wire diameter, folding position can be adjusted quickly. We support non-standard customization according to your wire samples and label specifications. All machines will be fully tested before shipment.
