This semi automatic flat labeling machine is a compact desktop labeling equipment specially designed for all kinds of flat products, widely used in food, cosmetic, electronics, daily chemical, hardware and e-commerce packaging industries. It can finish accurate labeling on flat cartons, plastic bags, aluminum foil pouches, bottle caps, plastic lids, flat boxes and cardboards.
The machine adopts pneumatic pressing labeling structure, with adjustable X/Y/Z three-dimensional fine-tuning knobs, buyers can freely adjust labeling position, labeling pressure and labeling height according to different product sizes. Equipped with stable photoelectric sensor, it can accurately sense labels to avoid empty labeling and label waste, greatly saving label material cost.
The whole body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and stainless steel accessories, anti-rust and easy to clean, small footprint, convenient to place on any workshop workbench. Simple operation without complex programming: workers only need to put flat products on the positioning mold, step on the foot switch, the machine will automatically complete labeling in one second, no professional training required.
