This fully automatic vacuum suction paging labeling machine integrates vacuum feeding conveyor, servo labeling module, photoelectric detection system and PLC touch control panel into one unit. It relies on negative pressure suction to firmly adsorb flat thin materials, separate sheets one by one without friction scratch, then finish flat surface self-adhesive labeling automatically. Widely compatible with plastic mailing bags, cosmetic sachets, medicine cartons, instruction manuals, paper cards, gift boxes and all kinds of flat packaging goods.
Whole machine adopts thick aluminum alloy frame + stainless steel conveyor, stable long-hour continuous operation. All adjustment knobs are multi-directional for fast size switching without tools, greatly improve production efficiency and cut 2-4 manual workers cost. We support custom machine width, printing coding integration, 110V/220V global voltage, OEM brand logo customization, suitable for small batch workshop and large mass production packaging line.
