This vacuum suction automatic paging flat labeling machine complies with national standard GB/T 36519-2018 for self-adhesive labeling machines, specially developed for automatic separating and labeling thin flat materials that are easy to stick together, such as plastic bags, paper cards, packaging pouches and thin sheets. The whole machine cabinet, conveyor and frame are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, anti-rust, easy to clean, meet the hygiene standards of food, medical and cosmetic factories.
The core innovation of this equipment is the vacuum negative pressure suction paging system, which uses air pump to absorb the top single piece of stacked materials to realize one-by-one separation, completely avoid overlapping, scratching and static adhesion problems caused by traditional friction paging structure, effectively protect the surface of thin soft packaging materials. The conveyor belt is equipped with micro-hole vacuum adsorption function to fix materials during conveying, prevent sliding deviation during high-speed labeling.
It adopts servo drive labeling head + high-precision photoelectric sensor, automatically identify label gap and material position to complete stable continuous labeling, eliminate bubbles, wrinkles and offset defects. The independent lifting 7-inch multi-language touch screen operation panel supports one-click parameter storage and fault self-diagnosis, reducing operator learning difficulty. The bottom is equipped with brake universal casters, which can be freely moved to different production stations without fixed installation.
The large-capacity label unwinding reel supports max Φ320mm label roll (standard 3-inch inner core Φ76mm), built-in tension correction mechanism, stably conveying paper, PVC, PET, transparent and aluminum foil self-adhesive labels. Independent emergency stop button and overload power-off protection circuit fully meet international CE industrial safety standards.
