Gantry Frame Online Labeling Head | Vertical Adjustable Conveyor Line Top Surface Label Applicator

Different from integrated desktop labeling machines, this gantry labeling head adopts split frame + independent control cabinet design, which can be flexibly installed on existing conveyor production lines without replacing the whole conveying equipment, greatly saving factory renovation cost.
The whole gantry bracket is made of thick anodized aluminum alloy, equipped with screw lifting structure, vertical height adjustment range up to 400mm, horizontal sliding rod to adjust labeling left-right position, adapting packaging boxes of different thickness and size. The labeling execution head adopts imported stepping motor drive, labeling accuracy reaches ±0.3mm, no offset, no bubble when sticking bar code, QR code, brand logo and anti-counterfeit labels on flat top surface.
The matched control cabinet is fully enclosed stainless steel with mobile casters, built-in 7-inch touch screen operation panel, supporting parameter memory, speed matching with conveyor, counting function, fault alarm and label missing stop protection. All buttons including emergency stop, start/stop are concentrated on cabinet surface, operators can adjust parameters without touching the high production line.
Wear-resistant silicone pressing roller ensures smooth label peeling and tight fitting on packaging surface. Compatible with paper labels, matte PET labels, transparent VOID anti-tamper stickers, QR code serial number variable data labels.
Suitable for matching automatic carton forming machines, filling lines, box sealing conveyors, logistics sorting lines.
