This vertical soft tube labeling machine is specially developed for vertical feeding and surface labeling of all kinds of soft squeeze tubes, including cosmetic lotion tubes, facial cleanser tubes, toothpaste tubes, plastic hoses and small round plastic pipes.
Different from horizontal labeling equipment, it adopts vertical clamping and conveying structure to solve the problem of soft tube deformation and rolling during labeling. The whole machine adopts thickened carbon steel spraying shell, with dust-proof and stable operation performance. Equipped with intelligent touch screen control system, all labeling parameters can be adjusted visually, with photoelectric automatic induction to realize automatic start-stop without empty running.
It can be used as a single independent machine or matched with tube filling, sealing production lines, widely applied in cosmetics, personal care, daily chemical, pharmaceutical packaging industries. We support customized labeling width, tube clamping mechanism and conveyor size according to customers’ tube specifications.
